Toinette's initial interest in photography was sparked during her art and design studies, and it was only a matter of time before passion for seeing the world through a lense took over.

Toinette has a great love for outdoor photography - her wedding and family portraits are generally shot on location - in a garden or on the beach - where the mood is set by the landscape and available light. Her love for fine detail see her zooming in on flowers and plants around her home.
